Our Mission: Supporting Your Mental Health Journey

At SANAR, our mission is to ensure that no Latino and immigrants in Oregon (and beyond) has to navigate their mental health journey alone or unheard. We connect our community with a network of therapists who speak the language, understand the culture, and prioritize the heart.

Our Vision

To be the most trusted resource for Latino mental health in the Pacific Northwest, where cultural identity is celebrated as a key to wellness. Guided by this commitment, we strive to serve 100 families in 2026, fostering a community where every individual has the support to thrive.

"We created Sanar Network because we saw too many of our families standing on one side of a canyon, with the mental health care they deserved on the other. Between language barriers, financial strain, and the unique trauma of immigration enforcement, the gap was too wide. We built Sanar to be the bridge—where culture is the foundation and healing is accessible to everyone, regardless of their status or their bank account."

"We started Sanar Network because we believe healing should be a right, not a privilege for our community." -Richi Sede
